Moeen rebuilds after a first-ball setback
Barbados chose to bowl and Daniel Sams immediately justified the decision by yorking Rahkeem Cornwall with the first delivery. Amir Jangoo and Karima Gore made useful starts, but the Falcons were still searching for momentum when Moeen Ali took control of the closing overs.

Tridents collapse from a competitive position
Barbados reached 93 for 3 in pursuit of 156 and still had a workable chase. The match turned sharply when four wickets fell across two overs, exposing the lower order and removing the platform the Tridents had built.

Falcons rebound as Barbados lose their unbeaten record
The 30-run victory restored the Falcons after their heavy defeat to Guyana and ended the Tridents' unbeaten start to the competition. It also underlined the balance in Antigua's attack, with pace and spin both contributing once the chase began to unravel.
