If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to visitors, readers and anyone who uses or interacts with CPL Season’s public pages or contact features.

Our role

An independent information service

CPL Season publishes information and editorial coverage about fixtures, teams, squads, players, venues, standings, broadcasts and tournament news.

We do not sell official tickets, streaming subscriptions, accreditation, team places, player representation or franchise services.

Changing information

Accuracy and reliance

We work to publish useful and accurate information and to correct material errors when reliable evidence becomes available. Cricket schedules, squads, venues, results, standings and broadcast arrangements can change, sometimes at short notice. We cannot promise that every page will always be complete, current or error-free.

Before making a travel, ticketing, viewing, accreditation, betting, financial or commercial decision, confirm the relevant details with the responsible official organizer, venue, franchise, broadcaster or service provider.

CPL Season content is provided for general information and editorial purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

What you may do

Permitted use

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may:

• read and navigate public CPL Season pages;
• share links to individual pages;
• quote short passages for commentary, news reporting, research or criticism with clear attribution and a link to the source page; and
• use standard search engines and ordinary browser tools to discover and access public content.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under fair use, fair dealing or another rule of applicable law.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• copy, republish or commercially exploit a substantial part of the site as a competing database, feed, publication or service;
• use automated requests at a volume or frequency that disrupts the site, bypasses reasonable limits or burdens its infrastructure;
• circumvent access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code or interfere with site operation;
• remove ownership notices or present CPL Season content as your own;
• impersonate CPL Season or falsely describe this website as an official CPL property; or

Ownership

Original content and third-party rights

CPL Season’s original writing, editorial arrangement, page design and site code are protected to the extent allowed by law. No transfer of ownership takes place when you access the site.

Competition names, franchise names, player names, photographs, logos, broadcaster marks and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance for identification, commentary and reporting does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, use the contact page and identify the page, material, your relationship to it and the action you request.

Contact features

Messages and information you send

When you contact us, you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you provide. You must have the right to share any text, link or supporting material included in your message.

You allow us to review the information, verify it against reliable sources, respond to you and use the substance of a correction or tip to update our coverage. We will handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
