Narine and Munro give Trinbago another rapid start
Sent in at Queen's Park Oval, Trinbago Knight Riders picked up where they had left off against Barbados. Sunil Narine and Colin Munro added 101 for the opening wicket, their second century stand in as many nights.
Narine reached a second successive fifty and made 53 from 24 balls before Keemo Paul removed him. Munro went on to 52, leaving the home side well placed at 120 for 1. The result and its wider effect can be followed on the CPL 2026 points table.
Lawes delivers the over of the night
Vitel Lawes transformed the innings in the 14th over. Munro edged the first ball behind, Pollard was caught at cover from the second and Matthew Tromp skied the final delivery to Usman Khan. The triple-wicket maiden dragged Trinbago from 120 for 1 to 120 for 4.

Kingsmen stay ahead of the weather
Kirk McKenzie helped Jamaica reach 54 for 1 in the powerplay before Jyd Goolie removed him for 30. The first rain delay came three balls later, but play resumed without any overs being lost. Keacy Carty then made 42 as the Kingsmen kept the required rate within reach.
