CPL SchoolYard Sessions Begin in Saint Lucia and Jamaica
Players from Saint Lucia Kings and Jamaica Kingsmen coached young participants and distributed back-to-school supplies.

Players coach children at two CPL venues
CPL SchoolYard held its first coaching sessions at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground and Sabina Park. Nearly 100 children took part alongside representatives of the Saint Lucia Kings and Jamaica Kingsmen.
The activity followed the earlier SchoolYard programme announcement and placed young fans directly alongside players from their home franchises.
Back-to-school supplies accompany the coaching
Each participant received a CPL SchoolYard book bag containing branded school supplies for the new term. The programme combines cricket instruction with practical community support.
The sessions used two established CPL grounds, linking the initiative directly to the tournament's host communities.
More territories are scheduled
Saint Lucia players Johann Jeremiah, Darron Nedd and Amari Goodridge were among those involved with the young participants. CPL chief executive Pete Russell also joined the distribution of SchoolYard bags in Saint Lucia.
The league said further SchoolYard sessions would follow in Trinidad, Guyana and Barbados, extending the programme across the remaining host territories.
